SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Texas Rangers are investigating the death of a 62-year-old Bexar County Jail inmate.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the inmate was pronounced dead at around 2 p.m. Tuesday.
The inmate’s name and manner of death haven’t been released.
In addition to the Texas Ranger’s investigation , an internal investigation will be conducted by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department’s Internal Affairs and Public Integrity Unit.
